Stop Making Excuses!

That's right, you heard me. Stop making excuses for yourself. You WANT to meet those goals, and you want to live a more positive life. I know you do. So stop making excuses!

Yes, I have given you tips on self motivation and positive habits, and I really do believe in those, but none of it will happen if you keep making excuses.

Maybe now isn't the right time. Maybe it won't work for you. Maybe you need to wait . .

See how easy it is? Making excuses for yourself is one of the easiest things you can do. Stop!

Set a goal for yourself. Forget getting motivated to do it, just do it! If your goal is to lose 2lbs a week, make a plan that will make it happen, and do it. If you want to run a marathon, set time or km goals for yourself and do it! If you want to tell someone you care about what they mean to you - do it!

There is never going to be a "better" time. Take control of your goals and dreams and make things happen.
