Gary Gzik is CEO of BizXcel Inc., an organizational development and management consulting firm. He is an international presenter and corporate trainer that has been inspiring people and organizations for the past 24 years.
Gary’s career began with the world’s largest training organization. In 1987 Gary ventured into entrepreneurship. This decision was motivated from his belief that every person and organization is unique and therefore the solution must also be unique. This philosophy has gained him a solid reputation for 
producing results.
Some of his unique organizational development initiatives were highlighted in Canadian Business Magazine in 1995.
Known for his energetic, person centered presentation style; Gary is at home whether keynote speaking to 1500 people, training seminars for 15-20 people or one-on-one management consulting.
To date, Gary has worked with hundreds of organizations and over 10000 individuals, in the areas of leadership development, team building, personal development, conflict resolution, time mastery, effective communication skills, strategic planning and customer service.
